Hi everyone! This is 30, sharing a quick and easy recipe today.
I love protein snacks and love FITTEAM Lean protein so why not put them together? I’d been looking for a no-bake protein ball recipe that also had no grains, I can’t process grains anymore.
I decided to create my own recipe and I think they turned out pretty great. Leave us a comment if you try them, we’d love your feedback!
What you need:
- 1 scoop of protein, we prefer Lean and you can buy it from 50. It taste like vanilla cake batter, it’s vegan and gluten free plus delicious!!
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 4 Tbsp coconut flour or half almond/coconut if you want a a different texture
- 3 Tbsp vanilla almond milk - you might need a little more or a little less depending on what protein you use, add slowly
What you do:
Mix it all together, don’t forget to add the milk slowly
Make dough into large marble sized ball
Place in wax paper in container
Let chill in the fridge until you’re ready to eat!!
Optional: dip yours in sprinkles like I did!
So easy and so much vanilla yumminess!
